Leveraging the data, IMC created a category proforma – including costs, fees, and sales estimates – to help the retailer build an effective category plan. This brand client was looking to increase brand placements at checkout. IMC leveraged checkout insights to help their sales team create a practical plan for their category and brand placements across retailers. IMC created custom designs that showcased brand placement within retailer merchandising. Through this work, this client picked up 72,000 incremental facings and $640k annually in sales.
After supporting a new program implementation, IMC picked up the reins of tracking on-going category performance and identifying opportunities for continued program improvement for the management team.
